About The Role

We're hiring a Recruiter on a 12-month contract to support hiring across both technical and non-technical roles as VentureOne scales its robotics venture. This role partners closely with hiring managers across engineering, product, commercial, and corporate functions to source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to ensure a fast, high-quality hiring experience during a critical growth period.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a mix of technical (engineering, robotics, product) and non-technical (commercial, operations, corporate) roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS/tracker, ensuring pipeline visibility for stakeholders.
• Manage offer process coordination, including liaising with HR on compensation benchmarking and offer letters.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular hiring status updates and reports to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, ideally covering both technical and non-technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting in a start-up, scale-up, or fast-paced environment; robotics, hardware, or tech sector experience is a plus.
• UAE hiring experience preferred, with familiarity with local labour market practices and visa/onboarding basics.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple hiring managers and requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in candidate tracking and reporting.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in an early-stage business environment.
  
  

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIPD, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter) is an advantage but not required.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Excel; experience with recruitment reporting/dashboards is a plus.
