This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jahra for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for a variety of positions within the organization. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, identifying staffing needs, posting job ads, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Additionally, the Recruiter will contribute to creating strategies for attracting top talent to meet the company's hiring goals.

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, resume screening, and interviewing
• Ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies and job advertising plans
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices is preferred
• Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations
• Proven experience or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
