Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in 10th of ramadan city.

The Recruiter will specialize in blue-collar recruitment and will be tasked with sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various production and operational roles.

Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining talent pipelines.

The Recruiter will also work to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while upholding company standards for quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly in blue-collar recruitment or staffing for labor-intensive roles
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview processes
