Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter with a strong background in bulk hiring to join our HR team. This role will focus on high-volume recruitment across multiple functions and locations, driving end-to-end hiring campaigns that meet timeframes and quality standards. The successful candidate will be organised, target-driven, and skilled in sourcing, screening, and onboarding large cohorts of candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities Bulk Hiring, Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-volume recruitment drives for entry-level, skilled and semi-skilled roles across operations, manufacturing, customer service and sales as required.
- Develop and implement bulk hiring strategies including campus recruitment, walk-in drives, recruitment fairs, agency engagements and digital sourcing campaigns to build consistent candidate pipelines.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, internal databases, recruitment partners and community networks; screen CVs and conduct efficient phone and face-to-face interviews to assess suitability.
- Manage volume assessment processes, group interviews and onboarding logistics; coordinate assessments, offer letters, pre-employment checks and induction to ensure seamless candidate journeys.
- Partner with hiring managers and department leads to define role requirements, hiring plans and success metrics; provide regular status updates and forecasts on recruitment pipelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), generate reports on time-to-hire, source effectiveness, attrition and other recruitment KPIs.
Required Skills High-Volume Recruitment, Systems & Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrable experience in bulk hiring or high-volume recruitment campaigns, preferably within the manufacturing or construction sector.
- Proven ability to source, assess and onboard large numbers of candidates while maintaining quality standards and positive candidate experience.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and managing recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise competing demands and manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates, line managers and external partners.
- Practical knowledge of local employment laws and right-to-work checks relevant to the UAE/GCC region is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with recruitment assessment tools or HRIS an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience Recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 24 years of recruitment experience with a significant focus on bulk or high-volume hiring.
- Previous exposure to recruitment in the UAE or GCC markets is desirable but not essential.
