Temporary Recruiter (Sourcing & Screening) – Arabic & English Speaking

Location: Doha, Qatar

Contract: 3–6 months (FTC Contract)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to support sourcing and early-stage candidate assessment on a 3–6 month contract based in Doha. This role is focused on building strong talent pipelines and delivering high-quality shortlisted candidates, rather than full-cycle hiring.

It would suit someone with an agency background who is confident in direct sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and screening for both skills and cultural fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across multiple roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs
  • Screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and overall fit against role requirements
  • Present well-qualified shortlists with clear candidate insights to hiring teams
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies and candidate profiles
  • Provide market insight on talent availability, salary expectations, and competitor activity
  • Ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience during early stages of the process
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records within ATS or tracking systems
  • Manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
  • Strong sourcing capability, including experience engaging passive candidates
  • Experience screening candidates across a range of roles
  • Good understanding of the Qatar or wider GCC talent market
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Currently based in Doha

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced hiring projects
  • Exposure to hiring across commercial, technical, or professional services roles
  • Experience recruiting globally

Contract Details

  • 3–6 month temporary contract
  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred
  • Competitive daily or monthly rate
