Recruiter (KSA National) needed for an Event Solutions Company.
Location Riyadh, KSA
Salary Depending on Experience
Requirements:
3 -5 years recruitment agency experience of which at least 1 year in the events Industry
Effective communication skills in Arabic and English
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite and Zoho
Experience working with clients and candidates in KSA and other GCC markets
Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs.
You will be an experienced Recruiter with a passion for direct sourcing and desire to provide an exceptional candidate experience
You will also work closely with the management teams of clients so the ability to build strong and effective relationships will be key
Adding value by demonstrating a thorough understanding of recruitment trends and market knowledge
Ability to provide candidates in an extremely fast paced environment quick turnaround
Planning, organising and delivering appropriate recruitment plans based on a thorough understanding of recruitment methods and concepts working with minimal supervision
Demonstrating an understanding of assessment methods e.g. interviewing, event related recruiting skills, fast turn-around etc
Ability to work independently but also be able to work with the team and identify when to escalate significant issues
Key Responsibilities:
In preparation for the projected requirements - build a strong database of local and international candidates of a variety of projected roles
Create recruiting strategies and building relationships with candidates. Work closely with the Line Manager to develop and implement relevant attraction plans for specific roles
Build a strong database and pipeline of candidates via LinkedIn, references, Facebook and other media
Write and place job advertisements on job boards and manage incoming applications
Source candidates through database, job boards, social media networks, events, headhunting and referrals
Take brief/salary/ information and record accurate and comprehensive job description
Shortlist CVs in line with job requests, ensure CVs are to the highest standards and reflective of client requests
Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to Client expectation
Prepare candidates for interviews (basic logistic info, interview technique and important insights into client s working culture and professional requirements
Have an active Client facing role, whilst supporting the Line Manager in managing specific Key Accounts
Support the interim/contract consulting desk dedicated towards the event and its potential clients
Communicate candidate pipeline to the Line Manager
Prepare reports for the Line Manager, clients and internal stakeholders
Work within a team of 3 dedicated to this desk Line Manager and Coordinator) whilst supporting the members of the team
Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
