Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill open positions effectively.

- Job Analysis and Posting:

- Write clear and compelling job descriptions and post them on appropriate platforms.
- Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, including technical assessments relevant to the oil and gas industry.
- Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to attract top talent.
- Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, particularly for specialized roles in the oil and gas sector.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interviews, assessments, and hiring decisions.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR teams on onboarding, training, and employee retention strategies.
- Partner with leadership to forecast future hiring needs and align them with business goals.
- Use of Technology:
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools to streamline the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on technological trends to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and analytics to assess hiring effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry and its unique workforce requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data and trends.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the oil and gas or energy sector.
- Proven track record of successful placements for technical and specialized roles.
