Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.

Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, company websites, and social media platforms.

Source candidates through databases, job boards, networking, and headhunting.

Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.

Conduct initial phone and face-to-face interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Perform reference checks and background verification.

Negotiate salary packages and employment terms with selected candidates.

Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
