Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Alexandria. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating candidates across the globe, primarily for sales-related roles, ensuring a high-quality recruitment experience and strong talent pipeline for our international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate candidates for global vacancies, especially in sales and customer-facing roles.
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments following Dreamport's standards.
- Coordinate interview steps with hiring teams across different time zones.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the full recruitment cycle.
- Support employer branding and talent sourcing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- 13 years of experience in recruitment (preferably sales or high-volume hiring).
- Strong communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must. C1+
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
