Recruiter (Emirati)

This is a 360-degree agency recruitment role, not an internal Talent Acquisition or HR position.

We are looking for recruiters at all levels, from Junior through to Senior, who are interested in building a career in agency recruitment. If you enjoy working with people, developing client relationships, and operating in a commercially driven environment, this could be a great fit.

We welcome recruiters with experience across any of Salt's specialist markets, including Technology, Digital, Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Transformation. Experience in any of these areas is a plus but not required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running a 360 Recruitment Desk: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client briefing, candidate sourcing, interview management, and offers.
• Building Client Relationships: Develop and grow partnerships with new and existing clients across a range of industries and hiring needs.
• Business Development and Sales Activity: Proactively identify new opportunities through outreach, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Candidate Engagement: Source, assess, and support candidates through the hiring process while building long term talent pipelines.
• Market Growth: Contribute to the growth of your desk and specialism with support, tools, and training from the wider team.

What We're Looking For

• Must be a UAE National/Emirati
• Open to Junior, Mid, and Senior level recruiters.
• Agency recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential at junior level.
• Comfortable working in a sales focused, target driven role.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and commercially aware mindset.
• Interest or experience in any of Salt's core niches is an advantage.

Working Model

4 days per week in office, based in Dubai Marina.

1 day remote working.
