We are currently recruiting for a Recruiter- Insurance Industry (Immediate Joiner) for our client to be based out of their Dubai Office.
Purpose-
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with a strong background in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various insurance roles and should be available to join immediately.
Responsibility-
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for insurance-related roles (e.g., underwriting, claims, actuarial, sales, operations).
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of insurance professionals.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles within defined timelines.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Skills-
- Proven experience as a recruiter within the insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of insurance roles and industry terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
