Job Description
We are supporting a client seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong experience hiring commercial roles within distribution and/or retail environments across international markets.
This role will focus on recruiting sales, business development, and senior commercial positions across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Experience covering KSA, Iraq, and West/Central Africa is a strong advantage.
What You'll Do
Source and attract top commercial talent for distribution and retail roles
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality candidates
Utilise a range of sourcing strategies to identify talent across multiple countries
Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience
Key Requirements
Proven experience recruiting commercial roles, including senior positions
Background in distribution and/or retail environments
Strong international recruitment exposure
Fluent in English & Arabic
