Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordination, and closure).
  • Understand client requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure timely feedback and closure.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in ATS.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of quality profiles as per client expectations.
  • Support in bulk hiring and urgent requirements.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment (Manpower/Agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals).
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred).
  • Available to join immediately
  • Arabic Language Proficiency preferred.
