Job Description

About the Role

This is an end-to-end recruitment delivery role with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for active mandates managed by the Dubai team, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process and ensuring a seamless experience from first approach through to offer acceptance.

You will also be expected to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders — both hiring managers and internal partners — and to handle offer negotiations with candidates professionally and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Pipeline

  • Execute targeted sourcing campaigns using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and internal databases to identify suitable candidates for open roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated mandates across a range of disciplines and seniority levels
  • Screen CVs and applications, assessing candidates against role requirements and client briefs
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to assess motivation, availability, fit, and salary expectations

Candidate Engagement & Submission

  • Manage candidates proactively throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, preparation, and feedback at each stage
  • Prepare and present candidate profiles and submission packs to the Dubai team and clients in a clear, professional format
  • Maintain consistent communication with active candidates to manage expectations, sustain engagement, and prevent drop-off
  • Gather and share market intelligence from candidate interactions to inform search strategies and client conversations

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Dubai team, hiring managers, client account leads) to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities
  • Participate in regular briefings and review calls with the Dubai team, providing clear pipeline updates and flagging risks or blockers early
  • Act as a credible, responsive point of contact for candidates and internal teams alike, representing ManpowerGroup professionally at all times

Offer Management & Negotiation

  • Lead offer-stage conversations with candidates, including managing expectations around compensation, benefits, notice periods, and counter-offers
  • Work closely with the Dubai team and clients to structure competitive offers and navigate negotiations to a successful close
  • Manage post-offer engagement to ensure candidates remain committed through to their start date, reducing drop-out risk

Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS/CRM at all times
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is compliant with ManpowerGroup policies and relevant local labour regulations
  • Contribute to reporting on pipeline status, time-to-shortlist, and offer conversion metrics

Requirements

Essential

  • 3–6 years of experience in a recruitment delivery within a staffing agency
  • Proven track record of end-to-end sourcing, candidate management, and offer closing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable engaging with hiring managers and internal partners across geographies
  • Experience managing offer negotiations, including handling counter-offers and competing opportunities
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Self-directed and organised, with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a remote environment

Desirable

  • Prior experience supporting UAE, GCC, or broader MENA recruitment mandates
  • Experience working within a global or regional matrix organisation

Working Arrangements

  • Fully remote role based in Egypt
  • Core hours aligned to UAE time (GST, UTC+4); availability for morning and early afternoon overlap with the Dubai team is essential
  • Regular structured touchpoints with the Dubai-based Recruitment Manager and wider team via video call
  • Performance measured against pipeline contribution, candidate submission quality, offer conversion rate, and stakeholder feedback

What We Offer

  • The backing of a globally recognised brand with deep regional relationships and a strong client base in the UAE
  • A remote-first role with genuine autonomy and clear performance metrics
  • Close collaboration with an experienced Dubai team offering mentorship, clear briefings, and strong client access
  • Competitive base salary with performance-linked incentives tied to delivery outcomes
