Core Responsibilities & Expertise

Execute full-cycle recruitment for real estate agents, brokers, and sales consultants

Proactively source high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and job portals

Conduct structured screening and competency-based interviews to ensure quality hires

Coordinate and manage interview processes with department heads and management

Support onboarding and compliance procedures to ensure smooth integration of new hires

Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified candidates

Partner with leadership to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements

Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies, U.A.E labor standards, and brand values

Represent the company professionally to uphold employer branding and market reputation

Qualifications & Professional Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment or talent acquisition

Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and agent performance models

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruitment databases

Strong organizational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills

Experience within the U.A.E real estate market is a strong advantage
