Job summary/overview:
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for national and international recruitment and selection
processes, to sustain the growth of Teleperformance Customer Experts (CE), Teams and to recruit and select the best possible talent. The Recruiter Specialist recruits and selects CEs based on the profile specified by the partner, within the deadlines, taking into consideration the volume and desired operating hours.

Job Requirements:
Education and specific Training:
• Higher Education Degree.
• Fluency in English.
Work Experience:
• 2 years of Experience in Recruitment and Selection.
• International experience is a plus.
