Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through Greenhouse, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
  • Stay up to date on hiring trends and labor market insights

If you possess the following, we would love to explore what is available for you with our team:

  • 4+ years experience in recruiting or Talent Acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
