What would you do The Recruiting Senior Analyst will manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake through onboarding, partnering closely with the Recruitment Team Lead and hiring managers to understand talent requirements and hiring priorities. The role involves sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through multiple recruitment channels, building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, coordinating interviews and offer processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the individual will support recruitment reporting and analytics, maintain compliance with hiring policies and processes, and provide market intelligence to support effective workforce planning and hiring decisions.
What are we looking for
- 6–8 years of experience in core recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in talent identification, sourcing, and market mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of ATS tool, Excel proficiency, Team Management, Stakeholder Management, handling job boards
- Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and hiring best practices. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and solve routine to moderately complex recruitment challenges by applying established recruitment processes and guidelines.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Identify and engage suitable candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to support hiring objectives.
- Follow established recruitment procedures and seek guidance for complex or new assignments when required.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Understand team objectives and align recruitment activities to support business hiring goals.
- Work effectively with peers and stakeholders across functions to ensure timely hiring outcomes.
- Decisions made will primarily impact individual assignments and contribute to overall team performance.
