Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiting Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles in the organization. The Recruiting Specialist will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure compliance with hiring policies. This role also involves training team members in recruitment best practices and participating in talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber professionals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication and interpersonal relationship-building skills
• Experience in Training staff on recruitment practices and processes
• Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy recruitment is advantageous
