A leading consulting firm is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates and provide timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruitment activities from interview scheduling through onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and hiring documentation.
- Assist with internship hiring programs and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
