Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Recruitment with strong people management skills to lead recruitment delivery, experience with Emiratization hiring, manage recruiter performance, and ensure timely closure of roles. The role requires hands-on recruitment expertise along with the ability to mentor and manage a team in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and SLAs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple roles and client accounts.
- Allocate requisitions, monitor workloads, and ensure timely closures.
- Review sourcing strategies, screening quality, and interview coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and clients.
- Track recruitment metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Support escalation handling and ensure high candidate and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards and UAE labor regulations.
Requirements
- 37+ years of recruitment experience, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven experience managing recruiters in agency or in-house environments.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring with tight timelines.
- Experience in Emiratization hiring is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with ATS, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
Preferred Profile
- Experience leading recruitment teams in staffing or outsourcing companies.
- Arabic-speaking candidates preferred (for Emiratization mandates).
- Strong leadership mindset with a hands-on approach.
