Recruitment Advisor - Cabin Crew Recruitment Generalist Team

Job Purpose

As part of the Cabin Crew Recruitment team your role will deliver a seamless recruitment experience for the Emirates Group from sourcing to hiring, ensuring candidates align with our values and are capable of excelling in their roles. Key Responsibilities

  • Advisor to the Talent Acquisition Coordinators: Guiding them on the most effective approaches for key recruitment operations. Provide expert support in candidate sourcing and shortlisting, managing interview invitations, coordinating hotel bookings, handling travel expenses, and processing duty travel requests
  • Empower the team with best practices and strategic insights: Enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.
  • Understand Recruitment Needs: Translate departmental needs into annual recruitment plans
  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Deputise for Team Lead: Step in for the Team Lead when needed, advising on tasks related to pre assessment day processes and expenses.
  • Support Recruitment Campaigns: Manage high-volume recruitment for roles Cabin Crew, both locally and globally.
  • Selection Methodologies: Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 12 yrs schooling or equivalent and +5 years of recruitment experience OR Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency recruiter

Knowledge/skills:

  • Desirable: CIPD or any other HR professional certification
  • Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks)
  • Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework
  • Ability to organise skills assessment centres (In tray activities, work samples, presentation topics)
