DigiSay Group is a media tech company that started in 2010 focusing initially on creator services including content management and distribution. Today DigiSay acts as a media group with subsidiaries providing end-to-end services around the content life-cycle from inception to monetization. DigiSay aims to focus on the media sector from a technology, production, and venture-building perspective.
Main Responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery/End-to-End Hiring
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior to mid-level roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job boards, direct search, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct phone and virtual screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and prepare evaluation summaries.
- Conduct reference checks when required.
- Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience at all stages, including onboarding of successful hires.
Talent Pipelines & Employer Branding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequently hired roles.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage referral, internship, and graduate hiring programs.
- Coordinate and represent the company in career fairs and university events.
- Maintain an updated talent database and succession-ready candidate pools.
- Monitor market trends and competitor hiring activities.
HR Data Ownership
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems.
- Prepare and maintain all HR monthly/quarterly reports
- Ensure headcount data is updated in real time.
- Monitor and validate employee records accuracy.
Data Governance
- Ensure 95% data accuracy across reports.
- Maintain centralized HR data warehouse.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
Additional Responsibilities
- Handle travel reservations for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as necessary.
Work Arrangements
Shifts: 1 shift per day
Shift Timing: from 9 AM to 6 PM
Days Off: 2 days per week (Fri,Sat)
Working Hours: 8 hours per shift
On-Site Work: Required based on business needs
Ideal Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 Proven experience in HR recruiting cycle, operations, or a similar role.
Linguistic Skills: English - Arabic
Computer Skills Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
