We are expanding our recruitment team in Dubai and looking for talented professionals who have experience in hiring for the Middle East market.

We are open to recruiters from other industries having past experience of executive search who are eager to transition into legal recruitment and develop expertise in this high-growth sector.

What you will be doing

• Identify, engage, and match top professionals with the right opportunities.
• Maintain strong recruitment partnerships, understanding their hiring needs.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring successful placements, updates on industry and latest compensation trends.
• Deliver a standout candidate experience at every stage.
• Build long-term talent pipelines and meaningful relationships with highly skilled top professionals.

About You:

• You have 1-3 years of strong experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
• Strong sourcing skills, having experience in executive search for Middle East clients.
• You are entrepreneurial, enjoy developing your own ideas and strategies, are driven and you want to succeed in a fast-paced & team-focused environment.
• You are relationship focused and can quickly become a trusted advisor through a combination of credibility and personality.
• You enjoy networking, and you enjoy speaking to & meeting new people.
