Our Auxo Technology Dubai team is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist technology and infrastructure division.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with 2–3 years experience to develop their career within a growing global business, with the opportunity to build and own a specialist market across the UAE.

We're particularly interested in recruiters with experience across:

• Data Centres
• Digital Infrastructure
• AI / Artificial Intelligence
• Cloud
• Critical Infrastructure
• Technology Infrastructure

You'll be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, developing new business, managing existing relationships, sourcing candidates and delivering successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client portfolio across the UAE
• Win new business and develop existing client relationships
• Build strong networks across your specialist market
• Source and attract high-quality candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial brief through to placement
• Conduct market mapping and business development activity
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Work collaboratively with Auxo's global teams and international markets
• Become a recognised specialist within your chosen sector

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a driven, commercial and ambitious 360 recruiter who is ready to take the next step in their career.

You'll need:

• 1–3 years 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the UAE
• Experience recruiting within Data Centres, Digital Infrastructure, AI, Cloud or a related technology/infrastructure market
• Proven business development and client relationship skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A target-driven and resilient approach
• Ambition to progress and build a long-term career within a global recruitment business
