As part of the development of our EMEA activities, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Business Developer to join our Dubai office.
This role combines business development and recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on developing new client relationships and supporting technical recruitment projects across the railway, construction and civil engineering sectors.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and open new client accounts across EMEA markets
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients through phone-based business development and direct outreach
- Identify recruitment needs within railway, construction, civil engineering and industrial companies
- Build, develop and manage a portfolio of clients
- Conduct remote client meetings and present recruitment solutions
- Source, approach and assess qualified candidates
- Manage recruitment assignments from A toZ
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process
Your profile :
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within a recruitment agency or executive search firm is mandatory
- Experience recruiting within the railway, construction, civil engineering or technical industries is highly preferred
- Fluent French and English are mandatory
- German is a strong advantage but not required
- Comfortable with business development, cold calling and client acquisition
- Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Autonomous, entrepreneurial and proactive personality
- Willingness to work in a fast-growing international environment
