Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with 4–5 years of experience and a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong client relationships, and sourcing top-tier talent for construction-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for construction roles (e.g., engineers, site managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, etc.)
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and workforce planning
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, networking, headhunting, and referrals
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations between clients and candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline within the construction sector
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring trends to clients
- Maintain accurate records using ATS/CRM systems
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or engineering sector
- Strong understanding of construction roles, terminology, and project environments
- Proven track record of successful placements and client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, LinkedIn, and ATS systems
