Job Summary
Options Group seeks an experienced mid to senior executive search consultant to support APAC and EMEA teams. The role involves client engagement, business development, and strategic consulting within the Professional Services sector for the India market, fostering cross-border collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop prospective candidate and client lists across asset classes within the Professional Services sector for the India market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across existing and new clients to drive business development via in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferences
- Qualify and engage candidates through in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferences to assess fit and interest
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients to ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Collaborate daily with consultants across APAC and EMEA to share business development strategies and client insights
- Collect and analyze relevant market intelligence within the India recruitment space alongside the internal competitive intelligence team
- Provide strategic consulting solutions within recruitment, including talent planning, retention strategies, team lift-outs, competition analysis, compensation benchmarking, and market mapping
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting professionals, with a proven track record of cross-border placements in Asia
- Prior experience in executive search, preferably with exposure to both Asian and international markets
- Demonstrated ability to use diverse sourcing methods beyond LinkedIn and online platforms for candidate sourcing, market intelligence, and business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Teams, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for effective collaboration and client engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience making placements in EMEA within the specified sector
- Prior experience providing strategic consulting solutions within executive search (talent planning, retention, competition overview, compensation analysis, market intelligence/mapping)
- Experience conducting retained search projects
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills demonstrated through proactive engagement with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues globally
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and collaborative team member able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to occasionally work US, European and India hours to support cross-regional collaboration
