We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE recruitment market. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers in closing positions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned job openings.
- Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the UAE.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
