The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with approximately 2–5 years of recruitment experience who enjoys working with both candidates and clients. This is an opportunity to take ownership of vacancies, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business.

The role will suit someone who is ambitious, commercially aware, and looking to further develop their career in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from vacancy briefing through to placement.
• Source and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and database searches.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for client opportunities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their recruitment requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and client communications throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and support the onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS/CRM system.
• Work towards individual and team recruitment targets.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
• Experience managing vacancies and candidate relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM experience.
• Experience in a 360-recruitment environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Desirable

• Business development or client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment within professional services, technology, healthcare, engineering, energy, construction, or similar sectors.
