About the Role:
As a Recruitment specialist, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment from understanding manpower needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You'll be instrumental in ensuring we build high-performing, culture-aligned teams across all departments.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs Source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, and events Draft compelling job descriptions and screening tools Conduct interviews and assessments across levels Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring metrics Organize and attend career fairs and hiring events Build a talent pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate journey
What We're Looking For 2-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience 1-2 years in real estate hiring (essential) BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field is preferred Proven success sourcing via LinkedIn, Bayt, GulfTalent, etc. Skilled in interview techniques, ATS systems, and candidate experience Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
