Recruitment Delivery Consultant (Agency) High-Value Mandates

We're looking for an agency-trained Recruitment Delivery Consultant who can operate confidently in front of senior stakeholders, deliver on high-value mandates, and bring the discipline of structured search to every brief from role calibration through shortlist, offer, and close. The role (what delivery looks like at eMagine)

You'll be the engine behind mandates where clients expect more than CVs they expect guidance. You'll work closely with our leadership and consulting team to deliver recruitment that feels like an extension of the client's business.

That means:

• Taking a brief and turning it into a search strategy: role calibration, target companies, talent pools, competitor mapping, and outreach plan
• Running end-to-end delivery across executive search, specialist recruitment, and business-critical hiring
• Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers: market mapping insights, salary benchmarking, availability, notice periods, and realistic hiring timelines
• Building shortlists that are defensible: structured screening, evidence-based assessment, competency-led interviewing, and clear candidate narratives
• Managing the full candidate journey: headhunting, engagement, qualification, interview prep, offer management, counter-offer handling, references, and onboarding support
• Protecting candidate experience while maintaining high standards and speed
• Keeping delivery reporting tight: pipeline health, conversion ratios, time-to-fill, and ATS/CRM hygiene

Who you are

You're not a send profiles and hope recruiter. You're a delivery consultant who can own the process, influence outcomes, and represent the brand with confidence.

You'll bring:

• Agency recruitment experience (non-negotiable) with proven delivery on senior / specialist / hard-to-fill roles
• Experience delivering mandates for high-level clients (Directors, Heads of, VPs, C-suite, senior hiring managers)
• Strong capability in head-hunting, passive sourcing, and proactive talent pipelining
• A consulting mindset: you can challenge a brief, advise on trade-offs, and align stakeholders to what the market will actually deliver
• High attention to detail and strong process discipline (because great delivery is repeatable)
• Commercial awareness and urgency you understand what business-critical really means
