A leading recruitment company is looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruitment Executive to join its Dubai team.

Position: Recruitment Executive

Location: Dubai

Salary: All-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Candidate Profile:

• Tagalog speaker
• Degree holders and non-degree holders are welcome to apply
• Previous experience is an advantage but not required
• Background in call center, customer service, or sales is preferred
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong team player with good multitasking and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process based on client requirements
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms
• Advise clients on market salary ranges and candidate availability
• Format CVs and prepare candidate reports
• Coordinate interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates
• Facilitate offer letter signing and candidate document submission
• Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
