Job Description

The HR Intern will support the People & Culture team in day-to-day HR operations, with a primary focus on Talent Acquisition, HR other functions, employee engagement, onboarding, and administrative support. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the employee lifecycle while developing practical HR knowledge and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in posting vacancies across recruitment platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring trackers.

Supporting HR Functions

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support performance management activities, including appraisal coordination.
  • Assist in organizing learning and development initiatives and training sessions.
  • Support employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.
  • Help ensure HR policies, forms, and templates are updated and organized.
  • Assist with HR reports, dashboards, and people analytics.
  • Support the implementation of HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with different departments on HR-related requests.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or extracurricular HR experience is an advantage but not required.
