Short Description:
The job holder is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and selection processes in alignment with workforce plans and organizational requirements, to ensure timely acquisition of qualified talent and effective fulfillment of staffing needs across NHCI.

- Support team members in assigned tasks by providing input and guidance when needed
- Transfer know-how to team members and perform on-the-job training
- Provide input on team members development needs to support their growth and skill enhancement
- Executes recruitment activities within approved workforce plans, frameworks, and budgets to ensure structured and consistent hiring delivery.
- Coordinates sourcing activities across multiple channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies to build effective talent pipelines.
- Monitors screening and shortlisting processes to ensure alignment with job requirements and recruitment standards.
- Coordinates interview and assessment activities including scheduling, logistics, and feedback consolidation to ensure smooth execution and candidate experience.
- Executes candidate evaluation processes such as tests, technical assessments, and competency-based interviews in line with hiring requirements.
- Performs reference checks and background verification to validate candidate qualifications and integrity prior to hiring decisions.
- Supports offer preparation and contract issuance in compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Maintains recruitment records and system updates to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness.
- Monitors recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing efficiency, and highlights performance gaps for improvement.
- Coordinates with hiring managers and external recruitment partners to ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment needs.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends enhancements to recruitment practices and tools.
Experience:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational
