ecruitment Manager – F&B Industry (Riyadh)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager with strong expertise in the food & beverage industry.
This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about building high-performing teams, supporting brand growth, and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and brands
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, TVET colleges, recruitment agencies, and job boards
• Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring high data accuracy
• Develop Saudization-focused sourcing strategies in collaboration with national talent programs
• Coordinate bulk hiring for new store and restaurant openings in alignment with operations teams
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume F&B, retail, or hospitality environments
• Strong knowledge of Saudization and Nitaqat requirements
• Proven track record in full-cycle and volume hiring
