Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Manager role based at Groovy Aesthetic clinics in Heliopolis. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and sourcing candidates through digital platforms, referrals, and partnerships. The role includes screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessment processes, and advising hiring managers on selection decisions. The Recruitment Manager will oversee employer branding initiatives, maintain a positive candidate experience, and ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local labor regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment metrics, preparing periodic reports, and collaborating closely with clinic leadership and HR to support staffing needs for medical, wellness, and administrative teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers for a range of roles (preferably in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or service-oriented environments).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, clinic leadership, and HR to understand role requirements and workforce plans.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, online job platforms, professional networks, and social media for talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, basic labor law principles, and ethical hiring standards, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience recruiting clinical and non-clinical roles in medical, aesthetic, or spa settings is highly desirable, along with an interest in wellness and client-centered care.
