Job Description

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and hiring process across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring that the company attracts and hires top talent, including internationally, to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute recruitment plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure effective performance and achievement of hiring goals.
  • Review and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website.
  • Oversee the screening, selection, and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
  • Manage international hiring efforts, including travel for recruitment purposes and managing agreements with external agencies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Enhance the candidate experience from screening to onboarding by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a positive recruitment process.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Work on Saudization initiatives, including measuring and optimizing Saudization compliance within recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with minimum 10 years in the field, including international hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of Saudization and how to measure and implement it effectively.
  • Utilities industry background and O&M projects is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
