Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, leasing, property, facilities, and support functions.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business manpower plans.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
• Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and market mapping.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Support local talent and workforce nationalization initiatives in line with applicable UAE regulations.
• Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring progress.
• Manage recruitment agencies and external hiring partners.
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within UAE Real Estate, Property, Construction, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of UAE recruitment practices, employment regulations, and local talent markets.
• Experience supporting workforce nationalization/local talent initiatives is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, recruitment analytics, and market mapping.
