Job description:
To manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Attraction:Proactively search for candidates using job boards, social media, and databases.
- Screening & Selection:Review resumes, conduct phone screens and video screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Hiring Process Management:Draft job descriptions, advertise openings, and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding Support:Assist in the initial hiring paperwork and integration of new employees as per UAE labour law.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:Proven experience as a recruitment officer, recruiter.
- Communication:Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Tools:Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Knowledge:Strong understanding of labor legislation and interviewing techniques.
- Organization:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage high-volume recruitment.
