Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. The role focuses on attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and share job offers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
