Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Officer on a 3-month contract, based in Abu Dhabi, to join our team.

  • Position: Recruitment Officer
  • Work Location: Abu Dhabi
  • Work Timing: Monday to Saturday 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
  • Duration: 3 months fixed term

Role Summary: The Recruitment Officer is responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment for professionals, senior talent, and leadership-level roles across the organization. The role involves job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer support, and onboarding of new joiners, including completion of legal and compliance documentation, ensuring timely and quality hiring in line with approved manpower requirements and organizational standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for professionals, managerial, and leadership roles
  • Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
  • Prepare and publish job advertisements across approved channels such as job portals, LinkedIn etc.
  • Actively source candidates through databases, referrals, networking platforms, and direct sourcing methods.
  • Maintain and update talent pipelines for recurring and critical positions.
  • Screen resumes and applications against defined job criteria and competency requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews to shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and manage interview logistics, including panel coordination and candidate communication.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collect interview feedback and follow up with stakeholders to drive timely hiring decisions.
  • .Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and hiring status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and documentation standards.

Offer & On Boarding:

  • Preparation and release of offer letters
  • Manage candidate queries, and track offer acceptance
  • Conduct onboarding activities and joining formalities for new joiners, including orientation and induction.
  • Coordinate with PRO and relevant teams for employment documentation, such as visa, Emirates ID, labour contracts, and other statutory compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with proven exposure to hiring in the UAE market.
  • Experience in recruiting professional, senior, and leadership-level roles across multiple functions.
  • Ability to manage fast paced and high-volume hiring environments while maintaining quality and timelines.
  • Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Practical experience in job posting, active sourcing, resume screening, and shortlisting.
  • Experience in onboarding new joiners, including orientation, induction, and managing the complete joining formalities
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and statutory documentation requirements
  • Prior experience in the events or staffing industry is desirable.
