Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will be fluent in either Polish or Spanish and capable of supporting hiring needs across international markets.

This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and facilitating seamless integration of new employees into the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
  • Post job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and competency-based assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a strong and professional candidate experience.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS systems.
  • Prepare and extend job offers.

2. Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Manage pre-boarding activities (documentation, contract preparation, background checks).
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules with HR, IT, and department heads.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and company orientation.
  • Ensure completion of required documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Follow up with new hires during probation period.
  • Maintain onboarding records and employee files.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide recruitment market insights and salary benchmarking.
  • Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support HR team with workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in recruitment and/or onboarding.
  • Fluency in Polish or Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems.
  • Experience in international recruitment is a plus.
