Role Purpose
The professional Recruiter will lead endtoend recruitment activities across North African countries, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet business needs. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers, building talent pools, and promoting a highquality candidate experience. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of regional talent markets, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across North African markets
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and high-demand skill sets.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of recruitment platforms, social media, job boards, and networking activities.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and highly skilled talent.
2. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and recommended hiring strategies.
- Conduct kickoff meetings, define job requirements, and provide recruitment timelines.
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration with HR Business Partners and department leaders.
3. Candidate Management
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on required competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate touchpoints professionally from application to onboarding.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the company's brand and values.
4. Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records accurately and ensure process compliance.
- Prepare recruitment reports, analytics, and dashboards for management review.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, compliance standards, and internal hiring policies
5. Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives, talent events, university partnerships, and recruitment campaigns in North Africa.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and professional forums.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, reduce timetohire, and improve hiring quality.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and hiring best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in multinational or regional organizations.
- Proven experience hiring across North Africa, with strong understanding of local labor markets.
- Track record of filling mid- to senior-level positions across various functions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with ATS tools.
- Strong communication (Arabic, English; French is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously under tight timelines.
- High attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
