Responsible for overseeing the recruitment process. This role involves providing leadership and guidance to ensure the successful execution of the talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, developing recruitment plans, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role focuses on improving recruitment processes and achieving organizational hiring goals.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and guidance to the recruitment teams fostering a collaborative and positive team environment while promoting professional development.
- Sets performance expectations, establish goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Collaborates with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Develops comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identifies and implements innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
- Utilizes various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
- Reviews resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Coordinates and conducts interviews, evaluates candidate skills, and makes recommendations for selection decisions
- Continuously evaluates and enhances recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Recommends and implements process improvements to streamline recruitment operations
- Ensures a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborates with marketing and HR teams to leverage employer branding materials and enhance candidate engagement
- Prepares regular recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- Provides insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive recruitment strategy and decision-making
- Ensures compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Stays informed of changes in employment laws and update recruitment practices accordingly.
- Maintains accurate and organized recruitment records and documentation.
- The employee's duties are not limited to the responsibilities mentioned above, and additional duties may be assigned to them as required
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is required.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.
