About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from CV screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate CVs based on job requirements
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct structured interviews and provide evaluation feedback
- Prepare and manage job offers, including salary negotiation
- Manage the hiring process and onboarding coordination
- Add new employees to the HR system
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 12 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience conducting interviews and managing offers
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HR software is preferred
