Recruitment Specialist:

Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for construction and engineering services roles, ensuring timely hiring aligned with project requirements and workforce plans. The role includes sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offer management, onboarding coordination, and maintaining recruitment data and compliance within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (e.g., engineers, supervisors, technicians, project support, site roles).
  • Partner with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower requirements, job specs, timelines, and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies, talent pools) and build pipelines for critical roles.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, assess fit, and shortlist candidates based on technical/behavioral requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, panels, and feedback collection; ensure smooth candidate experience and fast turnaround.
  • Create, post, and manage job requisitions within SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, ensuring accurate data, approvals, and status updates.
  • Track recruitment progress using SuccessFactors reports/dashboards (pipeline, aging, time-to-fill, conversion rates).
  • Support offer process: salary alignment, offer preparation, approvals, and candidate negotiation in coordination with HR/Comp & Ben.
  • Coordinate onboarding requirements (documents, medical, background checks, joining formalities) with HR operations and the business.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, talent pools, and compliance documentation within SuccessFactors and internal trackers.
  • Support recruitment drives, career fairs, and vendor/agency coordination when needed.
  • Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reports to management and identify risks (aging vacancies, pipeline gaps) with action plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 26 years experience in recruitment, preferably within construction, engineering services, utilities, or industrial projects.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (requisitions, workflows, candidate pipeline, reporting).
  • Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean search preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent English
