About Us

Belgravia Real Estate is a fast-growing international brokerage operating from Knightsbridge in London and Dubai, UAE. With major expansion planned across both markets, we are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can manage and lead our recruitment efforts for both offices.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a high-growth, multinational environment and make a direct impact on building a world-class sales team.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier real estate brokers and sales professionals for both Dubai and London. The focus will be on finding experienced, performance-driven talent in the UAE and UK markets.

Preference

British or Western-educated

Strong recruitment experience within Dubai real estate

(All highly qualified candidates will still be considered.)

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for both Dubai and London offices

Source, screen, and shortlist experienced brokers and sales professionals

Create and publish job adverts across UK & UAE platforms

Actively headhunt talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, and industry networks

Build and maintain a pipeline of high-performing candidates

Coordinate interviews between candidates and leadership team (London & Dubai)

Manage recruitment trackers, reports, and weekly hiring KPIs

Support with onboarding, documentation, and compliance

Represent Belgravia professionally while engaging with senior-level candidates

Requirements

24 years of recruitment experience in Dubai

Strong preference for candidates who have recruited real estate brokers before

Excellent English communication skills

Confident in UK & UAE hiring practices

Strong sourcing, headhunting, and interviewing capabilities

Organised, proactive, and target-driven

Professional, presentable, and relationship-oriented
