Leading regional hospitality group headquartered in Dubai, UAE, looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist to lead the recruitment department of the group.
Requirements:
- Must have extensive recruitment experience within hospitality and restaurants
- Must be fluent Arabic speaker
- Must be available to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment department of the group of restaurants
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in managing the department and company requirements
- Setup and implement the procedures related to recruitment
- Prepare periodical announcements of required positions
- Filter, screen and analyze incoming CVs and Resumes in order to identify potential candidates
- Collecting and screening CVs received on Careers email, WhatsApp, Referrals, or any other channel (For recruitment or creating a pipeline purposes)
- Collecting all needed documents from accepted candidates for visa and government related processing.
- Posting Jobs on career online outlets and portals when needed
- Sending rejection emails to rejected candidates when required
- Assess and interview candidates for available positions
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in planning and conducting employee interviews when necessary
- Conducting kitchen trials and interviews as needed on site
- Contacting accepted candidates and preparing and sending their Job Offer Letters.
- Answering all accepted candidates inquires and negotiations and following up on their feedback.
- Onboarding team members regionally
- Assist in the elaboration of the Human Resources budget with figures related to recruitment
