We are actively looking for Recruitment Specialist to join our HR - Recruitment Team.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and external recruitment agencies.
- Support end-to-end recruitment for retail roles in coordination with department heads and hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews and ensure a timely and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Prepare and issue recruitment-related letters and documentation.
- Manage and follow up on the HRDF registration process for eligible candidates.
- Support local and international hiring activities.
- Support hiring of Saudi and Non-Saudi candidates in line with business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in a recruitment or similar HR role.
- Good understanding of retail operations, frontline roles, and manpower requirements.
- Ability to support multi-location retail hiring is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
